I am a certified holistic therapist, Reiki practitioner, and yoga teacher, devoted to supporting women in restoring balance, vitality, and inner calm.
I work with women who feel overwhelmed by chronic stress or burnout, guiding them into deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and lasting restoration. Through gentle, body-based and nervous system–focused practices, I support you in releasing tension, reconnecting with your body, and rediscovering a sense of safety, ease, and grounded presence. My work is designed to help you rest deeply, replenish your energy, and build resilience in your everyday life.

I have been practicing bodywork since 2018, with a focus on ancient healing traditions rooted in Eastern systems such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth, I regularly attend trainings and workshops to continually deepen and refine my practice.
My work is guided by Eastern philosophy, time-honored alternative medicine traditions, and contemporary research on the mind–body connection. I believe that when we cultivate presence, awareness, and self-compassion, we create the conditions for profound healing, balance, and transformation to unfold naturally.
